The VIP programme and what can be verified

Other campaigns come with figures: a multiplier, a deadline, a bet ceiling. A loyalty programme usually publishes none of them. Status is granted on activity, benefits are awarded at the operator's discretion, and a tier can be lost without notice. That does not make the programme worthless, but it does change how it is assessed — by measurement after the fact rather than by reading terms in advance.

The first three rows are numbers, and numbers can be compared. The last two are not, and their value should stay out of any calculation.

What to record

Three months of entries answer the only question that matters: did the tier produce anything concrete? Without them the answer is an impression, and an impression is precisely what a tier system is designed to create.

Discretion as a risk

Biglucky runs on an international licence with no Finnish supervision. When a benefit rests on discretion rather than a published rule, its withdrawal requires no notice and cannot be taken to a Finnish authority. The available route is the operator's own complaints process and then the dispute body named by its licence — the same chain as any other campaign disagreement, described under complaints. Finland's licensing system is scheduled to open in 2027 and would, on the basis of the preparatory work, bring domestic rules to loyalty marketing as well. Until then a personal archive is the only documentation of what was promised.

When the programme starts steering play

Tier benefits reward volume, and volume costs money. If play increases because of a status rather than because of a plan, the programme has inverted its purpose. The clearest warning sign is a deposit justified by keeping a tier. Limit settings are covered under responsible gambling and account breaks under self-exclusion; note that the Veikkaus self-exclusion does not extend to this site, so any restriction has to be set with the operator's own tools.

Can a player apply for a tier?
Generally no. Promotion is at the operator's discretion based on activity, and the criteria are not published.
Can a tier be lost?
Yes. If activity falls, status can drop without notice, because the programme is not based on a published rulebook.
Do tier bonuses carry wagering?
Normally the same 35× requirement as other campaigns. The calculation is set out under wagering requirements.
Is chasing a tier worth it?
Only if the measurable benefits — rate, handling time, payout ceiling — demonstrably improve. Otherwise it is volume that costs more than it returns.
