How a deposit works at Biglucky
A deposit is the shortest transaction in the cashier, which makes it the right place to build recording habits. Money moves one way, confirmation arrives in seconds, and mistakes surface immediately. Once the trail of a deposit is clean, a withdrawal is simply the same entry read backwards.
The sequence in the cashier
The player signs in, opens the cashier and picks a method from the list. The cashier shows that method's own minimum and, usually, the name of the processor handling it. After the amount is confirmed the session moves to a bank authentication view, a wallet login or a card form. Once the payment clears, the balance updates and the transaction appears in the account history.
A deposit cannot be reversed afterwards. That is the meaningful difference from a withdrawal, which can normally be cancelled while it is still pending. So the bonus terms and any excluded-method list belong before the confirm button, not after it — the arithmetic behind them sits on the wagering page.
Minimums the operator states
| Method | Deposit from | Credited | Works for payouts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trustly | €15 | immediately | yes |
| Visa and Mastercard | €15 | immediately | yes, 2–5 banking days |
| Skrill and Neteller | €15 | immediately | yes, 0–12 h |
| MobilePay | €15 | immediately | no |
| paysafecard | €15 | immediately | no |
| Bank transfer | €20 | 1–2 banking days | yes |
| Crypto | approx. €20 equivalent | after network confirmations | yes, 1–24 h |
The cashier minimum is not the same number as a bonus qualifying amount. A €15 top-up can be accepted while a campaign only starts higher up, in which case the money lands normally and the bonus does not, and it is not added retroactively.
Three entries from one deposit
One transfer produces three separate records that should tell the same story: a timestamped line in the account history, a debit in the bank or wallet app carrying the processor's descriptor rather than the site name, and a confirmation from the operator. Comparing them once, on the very first deposit, teaches what a normal entry looks like — and that is the only baseline that makes an abnormal one noticeable later.
This matters because Biglucky operates under an international licence and no Finnish authority reviews its payment handling. The available routes are the operator's complaint process, the ADR body named by the licence issuer, and the bank or wallet that issued the payment. Each of them asks for a transaction reference first.
Why deposits fail
- Name mismatch. The payment instrument has to belong to the account holder. This is the single most common rejection.
- Bank-side restriction. Some banks block gambling merchant categories at card level. The block is visible in online banking, not in the cashier.
- Amount under the threshold. The cashier rejects it before the processor is involved, so no money moves at all.
- Session dropped mid-authentication. Funds can leave the bank before the cashier records them; the entry then exists on one side only, usually for a few hours.
Deposit limits are a tool, not a restriction
The deposit limit, loss limit and time limit in the account settings are the only control tools available here — the Veikkaus self-exclusion register does not reach a site running on an international licence. A limit is best set before the first deposit, because lowering one takes effect immediately while raising one is always delayed. Limits, breaks and support services are covered separately, and Peluuri and Tukinet remain reachable regardless of where an account is held. Account opening and identity checks are described on the registration page.
